Return Policy
You can return most products within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging.

All included tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact.

How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Share your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the next steps, along with pickup or drop-off instructions depending on your location.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In some situations, a restocking fee may apply — we will inform you ahead of time.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it.
To request an exchange, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Exceptions
UnMart reserves the right to decline returns if:

The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
