At UnMart, we care about your shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer simple returns and smooth refund options to ensure a worry-free experience.


Return Policy

You can return most products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging.

  • All included tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact.

  • Certain products cannot be returned, including:

    • Perishable or consumable goods

    • Personal care and hygiene items

    • Customized or made-to-order products

These restrictions are in place for safety and hygiene reasons.


How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@unmart.com or through your UnMart account.

  2. Share your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, along with pickup or drop-off instructions depending on your location.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In some situations, a restocking fee may apply — we will inform you ahead of time.


Exchange Policy

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it.

To request an exchange, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.


Exceptions

UnMart reserves the right to decline returns if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

  • The item is listed as non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or product-specific restrictions (as mentioned on its product page).
